Ivana –
Born in Slovenia, our store manager Ivana is the matriach of our family. Not only is she our store manager, she is Embrace’s crystal guru and big sister.
From staff rostering, to customer service right through to organising Rosie and her day, Ivana is the light that shines at Embrace.
Her knowledge of crystals is impeccable and you will sometimes see her running crystal workshops and training days in our beautiful store.
Ivana is a certified Doreen Virtue Angel Intuitive Reader, Reiki master, IFA Priestess, Crystal Healer Practioner and Teacher and Tibetan Sound Massage Therapist. You can be assured that you are getting expertise help and advice when Ivana is looking after you at Embrace.
Ivana is also available for readings and she has a way of putting people back on their life path.
Lara –
Embrace’s little sister, Lara has been part of the furniture since the very beginning. With her mother Ruth being one of Rosie’s best and dearest friends Lara had no trouble fitting into the family.
Lara is our computer guru who handles all our internet orders and social media. From Facebook to Instagram to adding new products into our system, photography and customer service Lara has been our backbone.
She can sometimes be seen in our store window adding her creative hand in merchandising and adds sprinkles of smiles
where ever she goes. Totally full of energy, Lara is definitely the lively bean at Embrace.
Kyobe –
Our Shaman “ess” at Embrace, Kyobe is multi talented. Not only has she an amazing singing voice that sounds like she has just rehearsed with the angels, Kyobe is also an incredible artist. She brings to Embrace loads of giggles, an earthy presence that keeps our both feet on the ground and a whole lot of knowledge. Kyobe comes from a family that is naturally psychic and has been brought up in the Spiritualist Church run by her beautiful mother Patricia McCrae.
With Kyobe’s close connection with the Spirit world she leaves customers feeling like they have experienced something beautiful and insightful. With a healing and loving touch Kyobe is our cuddly bear who just has a way of making people feel good about themselves.
You will sometimes see Kyobe doing Spirit Guide drawings and readings at Embrace along with her working the floor as she spreads her magic with our customers.
Bianca –
The most precious of souls are sometimes the youngest and Bianca is our baby of Embrace. Still learning the ropes she has been wrapped up in the arms of her big sisters and has the best soul buddies to look up to and learn from.
Bianca is where we all once started, young, fresh eyed and eager to learn her duties on the floor include customer service, pricing and data entry, cleaning, taking appointments and even babysitting for Rosie’s children!
Angelina –
From the very first day Embrace opened their doors in 2010 Angelina has been with us from birth. Angelina has played many roles during the years from store manager, to purchasing duties to now finding her niche in visual merchandising.
Have you ever wondered how we manage to make our store so visually appealing, pretty and totally magical? Well, Angelina is to thank for that.
Angelina has also made us all very proud Aunties at Embrace and so it is with great excitement when she comes in with little Rome who has now become our very newest member of Embrace.
Ang will be seen in the shop window, on top of the ladder, hanging of the ceiling and carrying the heaviest of crystals as she spreads her magic in making our shop look mystical and stunning. During this time you will always see Aunty Rosie proudly walking Westfield with a baby in the pram as Ang spends her day sprinkling her sparkles in our store.
